Attorney Lee double-majored in German Language & Literature and Political Science & International Relations at Ewha Womans University, and graduated from Chungbuk National University Law School. She passed the 14th Korean Bar Examination. Prior to beginning her legal career, she worked at Kim & Chang in the patent practice group, a global public relations agency, and the PR team of a startup, where she handled brand strategy, crisis management, and external communications for domestic and international companies. Through these roles, she developed a multidimensional understanding of corporate decision-making structures and communication strategies, which now translates into distinctive insights and practical strengths in her legal advisory work. She later served as in-house counsel at Koramco Asset Trust, providing legal advice on matters at the intersection of finance and real estate, including real estate trusts, REITs, and project financing (PF). Her responsibilities included contract review, legal risk management, and dispute prevention and response. LK Partners welcomed Min Su Kim, Attorney-at-Law, as a new member of the firm in September 2025. Attorney Kim earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University and his J.D. from Kyungpook National University Law School. He spent approximately three years at Law Firm Centro, where he handled a broad range of civil, administrative, and criminal litigation and advisory matters, with a particular focus on construction and real estate. His practice included coordinating complex conflicts of interest among redevelopment project promotion committees, associations, members, developers, and contractors, and resolving multifaceted legal issues arising in such projects. Beginning in 2025, Attorney Kim served as in-house counsel at Hana Securities Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for financial and investment-related legal work, including the review of real estate project financing (PF) loan agreements and responses to damages claims related to investment losses. Attorney Kim is known for approaching each case with a strong sense of responsibility, treating client matters as his own. He has a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes even in cases initially assessed as objectively challenging, earning the trust of clients through his diligence and results-oriented advocacy.
