LK Partners welcomed Yeeun Lee, Attorney-at-Law, as a new member of the firm in October 2025.

Attorney Lee double-majored in German Language & Literature and Political Science & International Relations at Ewha Womans University, and graduated from Chungbuk National University Law School. She passed the 14th Korean Bar Examination.

Prior to beginning her legal career, she worked at Kim & Chang in the patent practice group, a global public relations agency, and the PR team of a startup, where she handled brand strategy, crisis management, and external communications for domestic and international companies. Through these roles, she developed a multidimensional understanding of corporate decision-making structures and communication strategies, which now translates into distinctive insights and practical strengths in her legal advisory work.

She later served as in-house counsel at Koramco Asset Trust, providing legal advice on matters at the intersection of finance and real estate, including real estate trusts, REITs, and project financing (PF). Her responsibilities included contract review, legal risk management, and dispute prevention and response.

Grounded in legal precision, Attorney Lee delivers comprehensive legal services that support companies in building trust-based communication with markets, the media, and stakeholders. She is recognized for her meticulous analysis and balanced judgment, earning the confidence of clients as a trusted legal advisor.
