LK Partners welcomed Min Su Kim, Attorney-at-Law, as a new member of the firm in September 2025.
Attorney Kim earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University and his J.D. from Kyungpook National University Law School. He spent approximately three years at Law Firm Centro, where he handled a broad range of civil, administrative, and criminal litigation and advisory matters, with a particular focus on construction and real estate. His practice included coordinating complex conflicts of interest among redevelopment project promotion committees, associations, members, developers, and contractors, and resolving multifaceted legal issues arising in such projects.
Beginning in 2025, Attorney Kim served as in-house counsel at Hana Securities Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for financial and investment-related legal work, including the review of real estate project financing (PF) loan agreements and responses to damages claims related to investment losses.
Attorney Kim is known for approaching each case with a strong sense of responsibility, treating client matters as his own. He has a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes even in cases initially assessed as objectively challenging, earning the trust of clients through his diligence and results-oriented advocacy.
